Every property goes through the same short approval cycle before it starts taking bookings.

Create your account
Sign in to the partner extranet and fill in your property details there. It takes a couple of minutes.

We review & approve
Our partnerships team checks the details and gets in touch if anything needs clarifying.

Get your credentials
Once approved, we issue your API keys. They're shown in the extranet, never on this page.

Connect your PMS & go live
Plug the credentials into your system, confirm your rates and availability, and start taking bookings.

Already using CheckInBuddy or Bookito?

You can connect directly. Once your application is approved, we'll issue credentials for your system and your rates, availability and bookings flow both ways — no new software to learn.

Building your own integration? Approved partners get a documented, HMAC-signed REST API for properties, room categories, availability and rates, with the reference and sample code in the extranet.

On something else, or not using a channel manager yet? Tell us when you register and our team will take it from there.

Does registering list my property straight away?+

No. Registering creates an application. Our team reviews every request first, and your property only goes live once it has been approved and connected.

What does it cost to register?+

Nothing. Registering your interest is free and doesn't commit you to anything — commercial terms are agreed with our team before you go live.

I don't use a channel manager or PMS. Can I still register?+

Yes. Register on the extranet and tell us what you currently use — our team will talk you through the options when they review your request.

When will I get my API credentials?+

Your extranet account is created as soon as you register. The keys that connect your system to ours are issued separately, only once your application is approved.

How will you contact me?+

Using the email and mobile number on your extranet account, so please keep them up to date.
