All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in written form. Travelers are required to inform Glacial Adventures at least 10 days prior to the tour.

Customers can request to change the tour dates of their package. However, this may lead to changes in your:

• Earlier booked hotels and room categories
• Volvo seat reservations
• Package pricing

Additionally, a Prepone/Postpone charge of ₹3000 will be applied.

If the customer wishes to change the destination of the tour, it can be done only after deducting the cancellation charges from the earlier booking. The remaining balance will be adjusted to the new destination.

If the customer decides to cancel the tour, the following policies will apply:

• If a particular service from the package is cancelled, then the corresponding hotelier's or transporter's cancellation charges will be applicable.
• If the tour is cancelled 25 days prior to the travel date, 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• If cancelled between 10 to 25 days before the travel date, the entire advance amount will become non-refundable.
