DAY 1
Arrival Srinagar- Sonmarg - Kargil
Arrival in Srinagar early in the morning, then drive toward Sonmarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold,” where you can take a short break to enjoy the scenic Himalayan views and, if time permits, visit the Thajiwas Glacier. Continue your drive via the thrilling Zoji La Pass, offering dramatic landscapes as you enter Ladakh. Stop at Drass, one of the coldest inhabited places in the world, and visit the Kargil War Memorial to pay tribute to soldiers. By evening, reach Kargil, check into your hotel, have dinner, and rest after a long yet scenic drive.Stay and Meal as per package.

DAY 2
Kargil → Lamayuru → Leh
1. Lamayuru Monastery – One of the oldest gompas in Ladakh, set amid moon-like landscapes. 2. Moonland / Moon Landscape – Unique terrain near Lamayuru. 3. Magnetic Hill – Experience the gravity-defying phenomenon (near Leh). 4. Sangam (Indus-Zanskar Confluence) – Quick stop to see the merging of two rivers. • Arrival: Check in to your Leh hotel; rest. • Overnight: Hotel in Leh.

DAY 3
Leh Local Sightseeing
Proceed for an exciting day of sightseeing and adventure around the breathtaking landscapes of Leh. Enjoy thrilling whitewater river rafting in the mighty Indus River on a direct payment basis while admiring the stunning Himalayan scenery. Evening: Return to Leh by evening for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass
Travel from Leh to Nubra Valley through the iconic Khardung La Pass, enjoying dramatic mountain landscapes, winding roads, and ever-changing Himalayan scenery. Descend into the serene valley and settle into your accommodation, where the peaceful surroundings offer a relaxing and memorable high-altitude experience.

Nubra Valley – Turtuk Village – Nubra Valley
• Post breakfast, proceed to Turtuk Village, the last Indian village near the Indo-Pak border. • Explore the stunning natural beauty of Turtuk, its Balti culture, and history. • Key attractions: • Turtuk Monastery • Turtuk Heritage Museum • Stroll by the Shyok River and interact with the locals. • Return to Nubra Valley by evening. • Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
DAY 6
Nubra Valley - Pangong - Leh
Drive to Pangong Lake. Upon arrival, witness the lake’s changing colors. Pangong is the world’s highest saltwater lake, shared by Ladakh and Tibet. After exploring, drive back to Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.
DAY 7
Leh - Kargil - Leh
Leh to Kargil to Leh is a circular Himalayan route in Ladakh. It passes through high passes, valleys, and historic towns, showcasing dramatic landscapes, Buddhist culture, and strategic mountain roads connecting two key Ladakh destinations via NH-1 highway.
DAY 8
Kargil - Srinagar
Travel from Kargil to Srinagar through the scenic landscapes of Kashmir, crossing winding mountain roads, lush valleys, and picturesque villages. Enjoy breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings along the journey as you descend towards Srinagar, the beautiful gateway to Kashmir.

Terms & Conditions
• All present applicable taxes are included. However, any changes in the tax structure will be charged to the clients accordingly.
• Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
• Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package.
• Itinerary Modifications: Once booked, the itinerary cannot be modified. Any changes must be discussed with the tour executives, and applicable charges will be borne by the client.
• Transportation: Services will be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• Accommodation: In case of unavailability, alternate arrangements will be made in a similar category hotel.
• Children Policy: Kids below 5 years are complimentary, sharing parents’ beds. However, milk/food for infants is chargeable.
• Force Majeure: Expenses due to unforeseen factors like natural calamities or political disturbances must be borne by the clients.
• Personal Expenses: Costs like laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees are not included.
• Hilly Area Conditions:
• AC will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.
• Most hotels in hilly areas do not have escalators or AC/fans. Special requests for these facilities must be made before booking.
• Cancellation: Glacial Adventures is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control.
• Requests to prepone or postpone a tour package must be made in writing at least 12 days before the tour date.
• A fee of INR 3000 will be charged for any changes.
• 50% payment is required to confirm the package, after which the booking voucher will be issued.
• 100% payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will be treated as canceled.
• Please share a screenshot of the payment for records.
- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control, like natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, political insurgencies, strikes, etc., will not be covered.
- Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost.

Jurisdiction:
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd.shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.
If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.
• Communication Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount of the tour.
AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES:
• Amendments Resulting in Cancellations: If any amendments result in the cancellation of one or more services, the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.
• Amendment Requests: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company receives the Written request.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:
For services booked through third parties (e.g., air/train tickets or other services), the following will apply:
• Cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective airline, railway, or third-party provider.
• The Company reserves the right to recover its service charges for booking and canceling these services.
