DAY 1
Delhi Arrival & Drive to Shimla
• Welcome to India’s Capital: Meet our representative upon arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station. • Journey to Shimla: Drive through the plains of Northern India transitioning into the cool hills of Himachal Pradesh. • Check-In: Arrive by late afternoon/evening; settle into your hotel. • Leisure: Take an evening stroll along the famous Mall Road or relax at your hotel. DAY 2
Shimla - Chitkul
Shimla - Chitkul journey from Shimla to Chitkul offers breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, winding mountain roads, river valleys, and traditional villages. Chitkul, last inhabited village near Indo-Tibet border, provides serene views, apple orchards, and untouched natural beauty, making it an unforgettable high-altitude travel experience.
DAY 3
Chitkul to Nako – Spin the 500-Year-Old Prayer Wheel Made of Yak Skin
Route: Chitkul → Reckong Peo → Pooh → Nako Distance: 120 km | Travel Time: 6-7 hours After breakfast, drive toward Nako, a peaceful high-altitude village known for its serene lake and ancient monastery. En route, pass through Reckong Peo, Pooh, and Kinnaur Valley. At Nako, visit the 500-year-old Nako Monastery and spin the prayer wheel made of yak skin. Enjoy a short walk around Nako Lake, surrounded by stunning Himalayan peaks. Overnight stay in Nako.
DAY 4
Nako - Kaza
Travel from Nako to Kaza through the breathtaking landscapes of Spiti Valley, passing rugged mountains, remote villages, winding roads, and dramatic valleys. Enjoy spectacular Himalayan scenery along the journey before reaching Kaza, the cultural and administrative hub of Spiti Valley.
DAY 5
Kaza local sightseeing
Morning visit the Ki monastery, 12 Km. from Kaza. This century – old Gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable Tangkhas and offers a panoramic view of the area. Also visit the small Gompa at Kibber, Hikkim 9 kms further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m has the distinction of being one of the highest permanently inhabited village of the region. Overnight at Hotel / Home stay
DAY 6
Kaza - Kalpa
Travel from Kaza to Kalpa through the spectacular landscapes of Spiti and Kinnaur. Enjoy a scenic journey through rugged mountains, deep valleys, winding roads, and picturesque villages. Upon reaching Kalpa, check in to your hotel and relax amidst the serene Himalayan surroundings.
DAY 7
Kalpa to Shimla
Route: Kalpa → Reckong Peo → Rampur → Shimla Distance: 220 km | Travel Time: 7-9 hours Check out and drive back to Shimla, retracing the scenic route through Kinnaur Valley, Rampur, and Narkanda. Upon arrival in Shimla, the trip concludes, marking the end of an unforgettable Valley adventure.
DAY 8
Shimla -Delhi Drop
Enjoy a comfortable drive from Shimla to Delhi through scenic mountain roads, lush pine forests, and picturesque valleys. Relax during your journey as you leave the Himalayas behind, ensuring a smooth, safe, and hassle-free transfer back to the capital city.

Terms & Conditions
• All present applicable taxes are included. However, any changes in the tax structure will be charged to the clients accordingly.
• Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
• Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package.
• Itinerary Modifications: Once booked, the itinerary cannot be modified. Any changes must be discussed with the tour executives, and applicable charges will be borne by the client.
• Transportation: Services will be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• Accommodation: In case of unavailability, alternate arrangements will be made in a similar category hotel.
• Children Policy: Kids below 5 years are complimentary, sharing parents’ beds. However, milk/food for infants is chargeable.
• Force Majeure: Expenses due to unforeseen factors like natural calamities or political disturbances must be borne by the clients.
• Personal Expenses: Costs like laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees are not included.
• Hilly Area Conditions:
• AC will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.
• Most hotels in hilly areas do not have escalators or AC/fans. Special requests for these facilities must be made before booking.
• Cancellation: Glacial Adventures is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control.
• Requests to prepone or postpone a tour package must be made in writing at least 12 days before the tour date.
• A fee of INR 3000 will be charged for any changes.
• 50% payment is required to confirm the package, after which the booking voucher will be issued.
• 100% payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will be treated as canceled.
• Please share a screenshot of the payment for records.
- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control, like natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, political insurgencies, strikes, etc., will not be covered.
- Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost.

Jurisdiction:
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd.shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.
Cancellation Possible till 11 Oct 2026.
After that, the package is Non-Refundable.
Note: Initial Booking Amount of ₹5,000 is Non-Refundable.
If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.
• Communication Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount of the tour.
AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES:
• Amendments Resulting in Cancellations: If any amendments result in the cancellation of one or more services, the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.
• Amendment Requests: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company receives the Written request.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:
For services booked through third parties (e.g., air/train tickets or other services), the following will apply:
• Cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective airline, railway, or third-party provider.
• The Company reserves the right to recover its service charges for booking and canceling these services.
If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.
