DAY 1
Chandigarh Arrival - Shimla Stay
Arrive in Chandigarh and proceed to Shimla, enjoying the scenic Himalayan roads and beautiful landscapes. Check into your hotel for a comfortable stay, relax, and explore the charming surroundings of Shimla at your own pace.
DAY 2
Shimla to Sangla
a scenic mountain journey through the picturesque valleys of Himachal Pradesh. The route passes along winding roads, rivers, and charming Himalayan landscapes, offering a comfortable travel experience as you make your way to the peaceful Sangla Valley.
DAY 3
Sangla – Kalpa Transfer & Local Sightseeing
Description: After breakfast, check out and drive to Kalpa (2,670 m), the district headquarters of Kinnaur. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Kalpa offers stunning views of the Kinnaur Kailash range and was once a favorite retreat of Lord Dalhousie. En route / local sightseeing includes visit to the famous Suicide Point and the Shivling-shaped rock formation. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 4
Kalpa to Tabo via Nako & Gue Monastery
Route: Kalpa → Nako → Gue → Tabo Distance: 150 km | Travel Time: 6-7 hours Stay: Tabo (Night 4) Post breakfast, drive towards Tabo, with stops at: • Nako Lake, a high-altitude lake offering mesmerizing views. • Gue Monastery, home to a 500-year-old naturally preserved mummy. Upon arrival in Tabo, check into your hotel and visit the Tabo Monastery, often called the Ajanta of the Himalayas due to its ancient murals and stucco paintings. Overnight stay in Tabo.
DAY 5
Tabo to Kaza
Route: Tabo → Dhankar → Kaza Distance: 58 km | Travel Time: 2-3 hours Stay: Kaza (Night 5) Attend the morning prayers at Tabo Monastery before checking out. Drive to Kaza, the largest town in Spiti Valley. En route, visit Dhankar Monastery, an ancient Buddhist structure perched dramatically on a cliff, offering breathtaking valley views. Upon arrival in Kaza, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kaza.
DAY 6
Kaza local sightseeing
Morning visit the Ki monastery, 12 Km. from Kaza. This century – old Gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable Tangkhas and offers a panoramic view of the area. Also visit the small Gompa at Kibber, Hikkim 9 kms further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m has the distinction of being one of the highest permanently inhabited village of the region. Overnight at Hotel / Home stay
DAY 7
Kaza local sightseeing - Chandertal
Explore the serene landscapes of Kaza with local sightseeing, experiencing the high-altitude beauty, monasteries, and rugged terrain. Later travel towards Chandra Tal and check in for an overnight stay amid breathtaking Himalayan surroundings.
DAY 8
Chandratal to Manali via Atal Tunnel & Solang Valley
Route: Chandratal → Manali Distance: 150 km | Travel Time: 6-7 hours Stay: Manali (Night 8) After breakfast, check out from the camp and drive towards Manali, crossing the Atal Tunnel and visiting Solang Valley, a paradise for adventure lovers. Upon arrival in Manali, check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring Mall Road. Overnight stay in Manali.
DAY 9
Manali - Chandigarh Drop
After a memorable Himalayan retreat, check out from your hotel and drive back to Chandigarh as per your package itinerary. Relish the final views of majestic mountains, lush valleys, and winding roads before concluding your unforgettable honeymoon journey with cherished memories.

Terms & Conditions
• All present applicable taxes are included. However, any changes in the tax structure will be charged to the clients accordingly.
• Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
• Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package.
• Itinerary Modifications: Once booked, the itinerary cannot be modified. Any changes must be discussed with the tour executives, and applicable charges will be borne by the client.
• Transportation: Services will be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• Accommodation: In case of unavailability, alternate arrangements will be made in a similar category hotel.
• Children Policy: Kids below 5 years are complimentary, sharing parents’ beds. However, milk/food for infants is chargeable.
• Force Majeure: Expenses due to unforeseen factors like natural calamities or political disturbances must be borne by the clients.
• Personal Expenses: Costs like laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees are not included.
• Hilly Area Conditions:
• AC will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.
• Most hotels in hilly areas do not have escalators or AC/fans. Special requests for these facilities must be made before booking.
• Cancellation: Glacial Adventures is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control.
• Requests to prepone or postpone a tour package must be made in writing at least 12 days before the tour date.
• A fee of INR 3000 will be charged for any changes.
• 50% payment is required to confirm the package, after which the booking voucher will be issued.
• 100% payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will be treated as canceled.
• Please share a screenshot of the payment for records.
- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control, like natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, political insurgencies, strikes, etc., will not be covered.
- Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost.

Jurisdiction:
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd.shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.
If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.
• Communication Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount of the tour.
AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES:
• Amendments Resulting in Cancellations: If any amendments result in the cancellation of one or more services, the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.
• Amendment Requests: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company receives the Written request.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:
For services booked through third parties (e.g., air/train tickets or other services), the following will apply:
• Cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective airline, railway, or third-party provider.
• The Company reserves the right to recover its service charges for booking and canceling these services.
