DAY 1

Arrive & Transfer Gangtok

Arrive at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport, where our representative will assist you with your transfer to Gangtok. Check in to the hotel and relax. Spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring the scenic surroundings, local markets, and peaceful atmosphere before returning for an overnight stay.

DAY 2

Gangtok Sightseeing Tour

Start your day at the beautiful Bakthang Waterfall, followed by a visit to the colorful Flower Exhibition Centre. Continue to Ban Jhakri Falls Park, a peaceful spot surrounded by nature. Then, visit the sacred viewpoints of Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok, both offering breathtaking views of the city and mountains. Stop by the spiritual Do Drul Chorten, one of the most important Buddhist stupas in Sikkim. End your tour at Tashi View Point, where you can take in the majestic views of Mt. Kanchenjunga before heading back to your hotel for the night.

DAY 3

Transfer Gangtok to Lachung | Sightseeing Enroute

Check out from your hotel and begin your transfer to Lachung, also known as the "Big Pass." Enjoy the scenic drive as you pass through Chungthang, a town near Kanchenjunga, and witness the stunning confluence of the Lachen and Lachung Chu rivers. As you drive through the picturesque Kanchenjunga National Park, take in the breathtaking views of alpine meadows and towering peaks. Continue your journey to Lachung, and upon arrival, check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 4

Yumthang Valley Excursion

Enjoy a scenic drive to explore Sikkim’s stunning Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers. Upon arrival, marvel at the vibrant Primula and Rhododendron vegetation, along with other alpine flowers that blanket the valley. You can also visit Zero Point, where three rivers converge, offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscapes. Afterward, return to Lachung for an overnight stay.

Transfer Lachung to Gangtok

Check-out from your hotel in Lachung and then drive to Gangtok. On the way you will get to see the wonderful landscapes of the mountains , scenic points. You'll get to stop for pics and views. Till evening , you'll reach at Gangtok. On arrival , check-in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok

DAY 6

Gangtok to Darjeeling via Namchi

Visit the famous tourist places Char Dham and Samdruptse Hill in Namchi. Afternoon drive to Darjeeling. Darjeeling: Standing high in the Himalayas at an altitude of 2134m,Dorje Ling , or place of the Thunderbolt, offers breathtaking views of snow capped mountain peaks, with the Kanchenjunga rising higher than all the others.Often referred to as the Queen of the Hills, it remains just as alluring with its tiny waterfalls, little villages and a narrow gauge railway track. Surrounded by World Famous Tea Gardens and snow-capped mountains, Darjeeling remains one of the most exotic destinations. Graeme West lake in his book An introduction to hill stations on India refers to Darjeeling as having A view Scarcely Unrivaled on Earth. Upon arrival at Darjeeling, check in the hotel. DAY 7

Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing

Start your day early at 4 AM and head to Tiger Hill for a stunning sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. After breakfast, visit the Batasia Loop for panoramic views of Darjeeling and the Himalayas. Explore the Ghoom Monastery, home to a 15-foot Maitreya Buddha statue, and learn about India’s mountaineering history at the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays) and Tenzing Rock. Visit the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays) to see Red Pandas, then stroll through tea estates to learn about tea production. Visit the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda for views of the Kanchenjunga range, and shop for Tibetan handicrafts at the Tibetan Refugee Centre. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

• All present applicable taxes are included. However, any changes in the tax structure will be charged to the clients accordingly.

Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.

Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package.

Itinerary Modifications: Once booked, the itinerary cannot be modified. Any changes must be discussed with the tour executives, and applicable charges will be borne by the client.

Transportation: Services will be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal.

Accommodation: In case of unavailability, alternate arrangements will be made in a similar category hotel.

Children Policy: Kids below 5 years are complimentary, sharing parents’ beds. However, milk/food for infants is chargeable.

Force Majeure: Expenses due to unforeseen factors like natural calamities or political disturbances must be borne by the clients.

Personal Expenses: Costs like laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees are not included.

Hilly Area Conditions:

• AC will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.

• Most hotels in hilly areas do not have escalators or AC/fans. Special requests for these facilities must be made before booking.

Cancellation: Glacial Adventures is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control.

• Requests to prepone or postpone a tour package must be made in writing at least 12 days before the tour date.

• A fee of INR 3000 will be charged for any changes.

50% payment is required to confirm the package, after which the booking voucher will be issued.

100% payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will be treated as canceled.

• Please share a screenshot of the payment for records.

  • Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control, like natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, political insurgencies, strikes, etc., will not be covered.
  • Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost.

Jurisdiction:

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd.shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.

If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.

Communication Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount of the tour.


AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES:

Amendments Resulting in Cancellations: If any amendments result in the cancellation of one or more services, the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.

Amendment Requests: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company receives the Written request.


THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:

For services booked through third parties (e.g., air/train tickets or other services), the following will apply:

• Cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective airline, railway, or third-party provider.

• The Company reserves the right to recover its service charges for booking and canceling these services.
