Delhi Arrival & Drive to Shimla

Sangla/Chitkul - Nako - Tabp - Kaza

Depart from Sangla/Chitkul towards Nako, Tabo, and finally Kaza, travelling through breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, high mountain passes, and remote villages. Enjoy stunning valleys, monasteries, and dramatic terrain along the journey before arriving in Kaza, the scenic heart of Spiti Valley.

Kaza Sightseeing – Key Monastery & High-Altitude Villages

• After breakfast, explore the ancient Buddhist heritage & high-altitude villages of Spiti: ✔ Key Monastery (12 km from Kaza) – A 1000-year-old monastery with breathtaking views. ✔ Kibber (4205m) – One of the highest inhabited villages in the world. ✔ Chicham Bridge – Asia’s highest suspension bridge. ✔ Langza – Fossil-rich land with a Giant Buddha Statue. ✔ Hikkim – Home to the world’s highest post office. ✔ Komic (4,587m) – One of the highest motorable villages in the world.

DAY 5

Kaza to Kalpa via Dhankar – Marvel at the Majestic Kinnaur Kailash Peak

Route: Kaza → Dhankar → Tabo → Nako → Kalpa Distance: 200 km | Travel Time: 7-8 hours After breakfast, depart from Kaza and retrace your journey back toward Kalpa, one of the most scenic villages in Himachal Pradesh. En route, stop at: • Dhankar Monastery, offering breathtaking views of Spiti Valley. • Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. • Nako Lake, a perfect lunch stop. Upon arrival in Kalpa, witness the majestic Kinnaur Kailash range, glowing under the setting sun. Overnight stay in Kalpa.

DAY 6

Kalpa - Sarahan

Travel from Kalpa to Sarahan through Himachal Pradesh’s scenic mountain roads, surrounded by lush valleys, apple orchards, pine forests, and snow-capped Himalayan peaks. Enjoy the peaceful landscapes and charming hill villages along the route before arriving in Sarahan for a relaxing stay.

DAY 7

Sarahan - Manali

Travel from Sarahan to Manali through the scenic landscapes of Himachal Pradesh. The route passes through picturesque valleys, forests, mountain roads, and charming towns, offering beautiful views throughout the journey before reaching Manali, a popular Himalayan destination.

DAY 8

Manali – Kasol – Manikaran – Manali

1st Oct 26

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Manikaran Sahib, famous for its Gurudwara and natural hot water springs. Enroute, visit Kasol and explore the local market and Parvati Valley surroundings. After sightseeing, return back to Manali for overnight stay.

Manali – Amritsar

Depart from Manali and travel towards Amritsar through scenic Himalayan and Punjab landscapes. Enjoy the changing views along the route, from mountain valleys to plains. Upon arrival in Amritsar, check in to your hotel and relax, marking the end of your journey.

• All present applicable taxes are included. However, any changes in the tax structure will be charged to the clients accordingly.

Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.

Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package.

Itinerary Modifications: Once booked, the itinerary cannot be modified. Any changes must be discussed with the tour executives, and applicable charges will be borne by the client.

Transportation: Services will be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal.

Accommodation: In case of unavailability, alternate arrangements will be made in a similar category hotel.

Children Policy: Kids below 5 years are complimentary, sharing parents’ beds. However, milk/food for infants is chargeable.

Force Majeure: Expenses due to unforeseen factors like natural calamities or political disturbances must be borne by the clients.

Personal Expenses: Costs like laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees are not included.

Hilly Area Conditions:

• AC will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.

• Most hotels in hilly areas do not have escalators or AC/fans. Special requests for these facilities must be made before booking.

Cancellation: Glacial Adventures is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control.

• Requests to prepone or postpone a tour package must be made in writing at least 12 days before the tour date.

• A fee of INR 3000 will be charged for any changes.

50% payment is required to confirm the package, after which the booking voucher will be issued.

100% payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will be treated as canceled.

• Please share a screenshot of the payment for records.

  • Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control, like natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, political insurgencies, strikes, etc., will not be covered.
  • Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost.

Jurisdiction:

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd.shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.

If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.

Communication Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount of the tour.


AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES:

Amendments Resulting in Cancellations: If any amendments result in the cancellation of one or more services, the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.

Amendment Requests: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company receives the Written request.


THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:

For services booked through third parties (e.g., air/train tickets or other services), the following will apply:

• Cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective airline, railway, or third-party provider.

• The Company reserves the right to recover its service charges for booking and canceling these services.
