DAY 1

• Arrival in Jammu: Upon arrival at Jammu Railway Station or Airport, our representative will greet you. • Transfer to Pahalgam: Enjoy a scenic drive through the breathtaking landscapes of Kashmir. • Evening in Pahalgam: Spend a relaxing evening exploring the serene surroundings. • Overnight Stay: Check into the hotel and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Pahalgam.

DAY 2

Pahalgam Sightseeing & Transfer to Srinagar

• Morning: After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Pahalgam. Visit the following attractions (at the client’s own cost): •Baisaran – A beautiful meadow surrounded by pine forests. •Pony Ride Required: Ponies can be hired to reach Baisaran. • Dabain & Kashmir Valley – Known for their stunning vistas and serene surroundings. • Kani Marg & Mini Switzerland – Popular for their picturesque landscapes. • Pahalgam Valley – A tranquil valley with breathtaking views. • Union Cab Required: Cabs are used to explore the valley. • Evening: Proceed to Srinagar in the evening. •Overnight Stay: Check into a hotel in Srinagar for an overnight stay.

DAY 3

Srinagar Sightseeing – Mughal Gardens & Local Markets

24th Sep 26

• Visit the famous Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi). • Explore the sacred Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views. • Stroll through local markets for Pashmina shawls, dry fruits, and Kashmiri handicrafts. • Overnight stay in Srinagar.

DAY 4

Srinagar – Gulmarg Excursion – Srinagar (Approx. 50 km one way, 2 Hours)

25th Sep 26

• Breakfast at hotel • Visit Gulmarg – famous for its cable car (Gondola Ride, self-expense), Maharani Temple, skiing spots, Khilanmarg & St. Mary’s Church • Return to Srinagar in the evening • Dinner & overnight stay in Srinagar

DAY 5

Sonmarg Excursion:- A Day Amidst the Mountains

26th Sep 26

•After Breakfast: Depart for Sonmarg (2,800 meters above sea level), known as the "Meadow of Gold." •Scenic Beauty: Surrounded by snow-capped mountains against a vibrant blue sky. • Sindh River: Flows through the valley, rich in trout and mahseer; snow trout can be caught in the main river. •Snow Experience: The landscape is covered in a pristine white carpet of snow. •Thajiwas Glacier: A major attraction during the summer months. • Pony Ride Required: Ponies can be hired for the trip to the glacier. • Return to Srinagar: Proceed back in the evening. •Union Cab Required: Local cabs are used for the Sonmarg trip. •Overnight Stay: Enjoy a night at a houseboat/hotel in Srinagar.

DAY 6

Srinagar to Jammu Drop

27th Sep 26

Srinagar to Jammu drop is about 270–300 km via NH44. Travel time is usually 7 to 9 hours by road depending on traffic, weather, and security checks along the highway route.

• All present applicable taxes are included. However, any changes in the tax structure will be charged to the clients accordingly.

Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.

Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package.

Itinerary Modifications: Once booked, the itinerary cannot be modified. Any changes must be discussed with the tour executives, and applicable charges will be borne by the client.

Transportation: Services will be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal.

Accommodation: In case of unavailability, alternate arrangements will be made in a similar category hotel.

Children Policy: Kids below 5 years are complimentary, sharing parents’ beds. However, milk/food for infants is chargeable.

Force Majeure: Expenses due to unforeseen factors like natural calamities or political disturbances must be borne by the clients.

Personal Expenses: Costs like laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees are not included.

Hilly Area Conditions:

• AC will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.

• Most hotels in hilly areas do not have escalators or AC/fans. Special requests for these facilities must be made before booking.

Cancellation: Glacial Adventures is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control.

• Requests to prepone or postpone a tour package must be made in writing at least 7 days before the tour date.

• A fee of INR 3000 will be charged for any changes.

50% payment is required to confirm the package, after which the booking voucher will be issued.

100% payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will be treated as canceled.

• Please share a screenshot of the payment for records.

• Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control, like natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, political insurgencies, strikes, etc., will not be covered.

• Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost.

If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.

Communication Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount of the tour.


CANCELLATION CHARGES:

The following charges will apply:

30 days or more prior to departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.

30 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost.

14 to 7 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost.

7 days to 1 day prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

No Refund for No Shows: There will be no refund in the case of a no-show.


AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES:

Amendments Resulting in Cancellations: If any amendments result in the cancellation of one or more services, the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.

Amendment Requests: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company receives the request.


THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:

For services booked through third parties (e.g., air/train tickets or other services), the following will apply:

• Cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective airline, railway, or third-party provider.

• The Company reserves the right to recover its service charges for booking and canceling these services.
