Chashma Shahi, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh (16th-century Mughal gardens along Dal Lake). 2. Pari Mahal and Botanical Garden (if time permits). 3. Evening visit to local Market (e.g., Lal Chowk/Residency Road). • Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

After breakfast, proceed for a scenic excursion to Sonmarg, situated at an altitude of 2,800 meters above sea level. Sonmarg, meaning “Meadow of Gold”, is famous for its breathtaking landscapes with snow-capped mountains set against a clear blue sky. The Sindh River flows through the valley and is known for trout and mahseer fish. During most of the year, visitors can enjoy snow spread across the meadows like a white carpet. You may also hire ponies (at your own cost) for a ride to the famous Thajiwas Glacier, one of the main attractions of Sonmarg during the summer season. In the evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
