DAY 1

Manali Arrival - Half Day Local Sightseeing

Today morning cab will pick you from bus stand and transfer to hotel, check in (12:00PM Early check in subject to availability ) After fresh n up cover the Half day local sightseen , Visit Hadimba Temple, Van Vihar, Vashisth emple Tibetan Monastery, evening will be free to explore local market & mall road. Get back to hotel in the evening for over night stay.

DAY 2

Manali - Sarchu

Start our journey towards Sarchu. We will be crossing Atul Tunnel at the height of 3000Mtrs Asl, Jispa & Baralacha la pass as well before reaching Sarchu. We will be traveling on Manali Leh highway for the entire day. We will reach Sarchu by evening

DAY 3

Sarchu - Leh

Travel from Sarchu to Leh through the spectacular high-altitude landscapes of Ladakh. Experience rugged mountains, vast valleys, winding roads, and breathtaking Himalayan scenery along the way as you cross dramatic terrain and approach Leh, the vibrant heart of Ladakh.

DAY 4

Leh Local Sightseeing

Proceed for an exciting day of sightseeing and adventure around the breathtaking landscapes of Leh. Enjoy thrilling whitewater river rafting in the mighty Indus River on a direct payment basis while admiring the stunning Himalayan scenery. Evening: Return to Leh by evening for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass

Pangong – Hanle

DAY 8

Hanle - Tsomoriri (140 Kms/4-5 Hrs)

Start your day with a morning visit to Hanle Monastery, then depart for Tsomoriri, crossing the Mahe Bridge. Arrive in Tsomoriri by evening, explore the scenic Korzok Village, and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Overnight stay at a camp or hotel near Tsomoriri.

DAY 9

Tso Moriri → Puga Valley → Leh

Drive from Tso Moriri to Puga Valley to Leh, the route features geothermal springs, vast plains, and mountain passes, offering diverse landscapes, wildlife sightings, and a scenic return journey through the rugged beauty of Ladakh.

DAY 10

Leh – Sarchu (Transfer)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Leh and proceed towards Sarchu via the Leh–Manali Highway. Enjoy a scenic drive through high mountain passes and breathtaking landscapes. On arrival, check in at camps in Sarchu. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarchu.

DAY 11

Sarchu-Manali Drop

2nd Oct 26

Check out from your camp in Sarchu and begin your journey to Manali through spectacular Himalayan landscapes. Cross high mountain passes, admire breathtaking valleys, and enjoy scenic views en route. Upon arrival in Manali, you will be dropped at your designated location, concluding the trip.

• All present applicable taxes are included. However, any changes in the tax structure will be charged to the clients accordingly.

Hotel Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.

Exclusions: Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package.

Itinerary Modifications: Once booked, the itinerary cannot be modified. Any changes must be discussed with the tour executives, and applicable charges will be borne by the client.

Transportation: Services will be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal.

Accommodation: In case of unavailability, alternate arrangements will be made in a similar category hotel.

Children Policy: Kids below 5 years are complimentary, sharing parents’ beds. However, milk/food for infants is chargeable.

Force Majeure: Expenses due to unforeseen factors like natural calamities or political disturbances must be borne by the clients.

Personal Expenses: Costs like laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees are not included.

Hilly Area Conditions:

• AC will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.

• Most hotels in hilly areas do not have escalators or AC/fans. Special requests for these facilities must be made before booking.

Cancellation: Glacial Adventures is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control.

• Requests to prepone or postpone a tour package must be made in writing at least 12 days before the tour date.

• A fee of INR 3000 will be charged for any changes.

50% payment is required to confirm the package, after which the booking voucher will be issued.

100% payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will be treated as canceled.

• Please share a screenshot of the payment for records.

  • Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control, like natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, political insurgencies, strikes, etc., will not be covered.
  • Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost.

Jurisdiction:

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd.shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.

If the Client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason (including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover cancellation charges.

Communication Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the deposit amount of the tour.


AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES:

Amendments Resulting in Cancellations: If any amendments result in the cancellation of one or more services, the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.

Amendment Requests: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company receives the Written request.


THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:

For services booked through third parties (e.g., air/train tickets or other services), the following will apply:

• Cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective airline, railway, or third-party provider.

• The Company reserves the right to recover its service charges for booking and canceling these services.
